What does Rihal actually do?
We build technology that solves real business problems. Sometimes that means working with an organisation’s data, sometimes automating a process, building a digital platform, introducing AI, or tackling complex engineering information. The solution depends on the problem.
Who does Rihal work with?
We work with some of the region’s largest organisations across energy, government, telecom and other complex industries. Our work ranges from national digital platforms in Oman to enterprise data, automation and technology projects across the region and internationally.
Where does Rihal operate?
We started in Oman, but didn’t stay within its borders. Today, Rihal has a presence in Oman, Saudi Arabia and the UK, with our teams delivering projects for organisations across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, Africa and the US.
Can you work with the systems we already use?
Yes. We’re not here to replace technology just for the sake of replacing it. If you already have systems that work, we can build around them, connect them, improve how information moves between them, or fill the gaps where needed.
What about security and sensitive data?
For many of our clients, especially in government and energy, this isn’t optional. We build around the organisation’s security, hosting and data sovereignty requirements, including environments where information needs to remain on local or internal infrastructure. When the market or project calls for it, we also work with local partners to bring the right infrastructure and expertise closer to the client.
